El vicepresidente ejecutivo del Consejo Nacional de la Empresa Privada, César Dargam, aseguró que las Mipymes atraviesan por una situación difícil, razón por la cual sugirió facilidades para que estas puedan acceder a los recursos liberados por el sector financiero.
Reconoció que para el Gobierno era prácticamente insostenible mantener el programa Fase II, sin embargo, pidió a las autoridades poner especial atención a las pequeñas y medianas empresas para evitar perder más empleos.
Sin embargo, los comerciantes aseguran que el retiro de dicho programa podría impactar en la pérdida de empleos al señalar que en ese sector se perderán entre 120 y 200 mil.
