SANTO DOMINGO, R.D. 14 de junio de 2021.- El Ministerio de Administración Pública (MAP) aclaró que el edificio en el que se encuentran instaladas sus oficinas, desde el año 2018, ubicado en la Ave. 27 de Febrero No. 419, en el sector El Millón II, es un inmueble propiedad del Estado Dominicano.
El titular del MAP, Darío Castillo Lugo, explicó que el título de propiedad del edificio está registrado a nombre del Banco de Reservas de la República Dominicana, y que el inmueble fue asignado al Ministerio de Administración Pública, en el año 2013, por el Ministerio Administrativo de la Presidencia, previo acuerdo con la entidad bancaria.
De acuerdo a lo estipulado en el registro de título, emitido por la Jurisdicción Inmobiliaria del Poder Judicial de la República Dominicana, en fecha 14 de enero del 2013, se declara “titular del derecho de propiedad al Banco de Reservas de la República Dominicana, RNC No. 4-01-010062, sobre el inmueble identificado como Solar 45, manzana 1811-bis, del Distrito Catastral No. 01, que tiene una superficie de 1,122.10 metros cuadrados, matrícula No. 0100014606, ubicado en el Distrito Nacional”.
El certificado también indica que el derecho fue adquirido a Torbillo Enterprises Inc., y que el mismo “tiene su origen en dación en pago, según consta en el documento de fecha 28 de septiembre del 2012”.
El funcionario hizo esta aclaración, luego de que circulara en las redes sociales, la información de que el MAP pagaba el arrendamiento del inmueble a un ex funcionario dominicano.
“Esa información es totalmente falsa. El edificio donde está el MAP es propiedad del Estado, y no se paga ni un centavo por concepto de alquiler”, subrayó Castillo Lugo.
