Con el objetivo de mejorar los niveles de eficiencia en la gestión energética de las pequeñas y medianas empresas de esta provincia, la Asociación de Empresas Industriales de Herrera (AEIH) presentó los resultados del proyecto “Eficiencia energética para Pymes”.
Con el plan se han incrementado los niveles de eficacia de energía entre un segmento de la población de la zona industrial y comercial de Herrera para disminuir los impactos sobre el medio ambiente y los costes de explotación, aumentar la productividad y la capacidad exportadora, según expresó Vilma Camilo, vicepresidenta de la AEIH.
“Este proyecto es de vital importancia para las industrias porque permite producir a un menor costo al tiempo que implementa buenas prácticas de consumo de energía, como son utilizar fuentes de energías más limpias que son la solar, eólica e hidroeléctrica”, manifestó Camilo. Los directivos de AEIH consideraron que la debilidad del sistema afecta la competitividad y el desarrollo sostenible de las industrias de Herrera.
